RANT XL - Free update to RANT XL Release 2 V 4.08

IMPORTANT: This update is only for use with activated copies of RANT XL Release 2 or RANT XL V4.00 or later

(You can check your version number by looking in the bottom right-hand corner of the About RANT box accessed from the Help menu)

This update introduces a new program to the RANT package. The MET Viewer is a stand-alone version of the Weather Decoder already available within the RANT Flight Planner. However, this now includes an auto-update and mini-window facility which allows you to have the program running in the corner of the screen throughout the day so you can keep an eye on the weather. There is also an animation facility to play through the changing situation. For the MET Viewer to work you must be connected to the Internet (preferably broadband).

This version of RANT also addresses the known issue of crashing in Vista when the sound card option is used.
